- RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, everyone has the right to apply to our Company, which has the title of data controller, for the following matters:
- a) Learning whether personal data is processed,
- b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
- d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law No. 6698,
- f) To request that the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
- APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE RELATED PERSON TO THE DATA SPEAKER
In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK and within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette dated 10.3.2018 and numbered 30356; Applications regarding these rights to our Company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us by one of the other methods specified below or determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the “Board”).
Personal data owner “Relevant Person”, in order to use all the rights he has in accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the relevant legislation,
- In writing,
- With secure electronic signature,
- With Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address,
- With mobile signature,
- Submitted from the e-mail address previously notified to the data controller by the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system,
Can apply.
The application must include the following:
- Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
- For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, T.R. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any,
- Domain or workplace address for notification,
- E-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,
- Subject of the request.
If information and documents related to the subject are available, they are attached to the application.
In written applications, the date of notification of the documents to the data controller or his representative will be taken as the application date.
In applications made by other methods; The date on which the application is received by the data controller will be taken as the application date.
Depending on the nature of the request, the application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
Applications must be made by the individual himself. An application on behalf of another person can only be made by submitting a power of attorney, provided that it contains the content of requesting information within the scope of KVKK. If our company suspects the identity of the applicant, it may request verification information from the relevant person.
